Amendment proposed, in page 12, line 22, to leave out all the
words after the word "that" to the end of the Clause in order to
insert the words "where the Land Court after application by
landholder has fixed the fair rent the landholder shall not be
entitled to renounce his tenancy for a period of seven years there-
after, unless the landlord agrees to accept such renunciation at any
time prior to the expiry of such period.'

"That the words 'Such notice shall not without the consent of
the Land Court be effective unless within two months from the
date of notice the landlord transmits a copy thereof to the Agri-
cultural Commissions,' stand part of the Clause."
