In Kansas women possess school suffrage and municipal suffrage. In 18 additional states women possess school suffrage. Either full or fractional suffrage for women exists in 26 states. The officers of the Woman's National Suffrage Association, whose chief object is the extension of woman suffrage, are as follows: Presi- dent, the Rev. Anna Howard Shaw, Philadelphia; vice-president at large, Florence Kelley, New York City; corresponding secre- tary, Kate M. Gordon, New Orleans, La.; recording secretary, Alice Stone Blackwell, Boston, Mass.; treasurer, Harriet Taylor Upton, Warren, Ohio; auditors, Laura Clay, Lexington, Ky., and Dr. Annice Jeffreys Myers, Portland, Ore.
