I, JAMES RICE, Secretary of State of the State of Colorado, do hereby certify that, by virtue of the authority vested in me by an act of the First General Assembly of the State of Colorado, entitled "An act to provide for the public printing and publishing, and distribution of the laws of this State," approved February 20, 1877, I have prepared for publication, and caused to be printed, a copy of all the laws passed by the Seventh General Assembly of the State of Colorado.

I do further certify that I have carefully compared the said printed laws with the original manuscripts thereof now on file in my office, and that the following are full, true and correct copies thereof.

In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the great seal of the State of Colorado.
