His will, Jan. 14, 1817, gave to his wife Catherine, daughter Priscilla Dennett, (?) James, Elizabeth Kendall, Wealthy Wheeler, Matilda Myrick, to son Simeon Rice good common learning, etc. Wife, Catharine ; (she married second Deacon Jonathan Haskins, of Hampden, and died April 14, 1844, aged 79.)
