E it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present · Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, 5 as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the Housing Act (1925) Short title. Amendment Act, 1927, and shall be construed as one with the Housing Act, 1925, herein referred to as the principal Act. The principal Act and this Act may be cited 10 together as the Housing Acts, 1925 and 1927. 2.
