Candidates for admission to courses leading to the degree of Bachelor of Arts are examined in elementary English, one elementary Foreign Language, elementary History and Mathematics; and in a number of subjects chosen by the candidate from an optional list. Full particulars of these requirements will be stated in the Catalogue for the current year. ENGINEERING COURSES. These courses lead to the degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering. The requirements for admission are Arithmetic, Algebra, Plane and Solid Geometry, English, elementary German or French, and Drawing.
