That was the suggestion I was about to make; if that part were stricken from the bill by a committee amendment and it came back to its original intention of only giving those men who can show 90 days of actual service or more by their discharge papers, then I believe it would be quite fair. There is no desire on my part or on the part of those few persons interested...
