Page 8 - I discussed this with you some time ago in connection with Mitchell Field, which is a military reservation and aviation field. There is an enormous amount of work to be done in the way of grading, and so forth, because of the addition of 345 acres to the field. It is ideal work for Civilian Conservation Camps to do, and it is only 20-miles from the center of New York City.
