4. In paragraph 12 of their Tenth Report, dated March, 1925 (Cmd. 2400), the Commissioners indicated that, in view of the terms of the agreement with the National Debt Commissioners, and of the Indenture of Security, they had decided to discontinue further contributions from Revenue Account to the Internal Sinking Fund, to which reference was made in paragraph 2 of my Report on the Accounts for 1921. The contributions already made, £10.500, and the accumulated dividends thereon, £775 68. 4d., have now been re-transferred from Capital to Revenue, as shown on pages 3 and 4 of this Account.
