To the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin: The Treasurer of the University respectfully submits his annual report, containing a detailed statement of the receipts and disbursements of his office during the fiscal year commencing on the 1st day of October, A. D. 1860, and closing on the 30th ultimo; from which it will appear that the receipts for the year amount to the sum of $25,607 10, and the disbursements for the same time to the sum of $23,879 85, leaving in the treasury a balance of $1,727 25, subject to be paid to his successor in office.
