From January 1st, 1907 to February 15th, 1910, Governor Campbell (by the appointment of Governor Harris) was the Democratic member of the Commission to revise and codify the statutes of the state. Since that time he has been diligently and successfully engaged in the practice of law at Columbus, although he retains his legal residence and voting place in that "Old Democratic Gibralter" -Butler County in which he was born.
