CONFERENCE REPORT ON THE BILL (H. R. 28283) MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1914.

The committee of conference on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses on the amendments of the Senate to the bill (H. R. 28283) making appropriations for the Department of Agriculture for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1914, having met, after full and free conference have agreed to recommend and do recommend to their respective Houses as follows:

Page 37, in lines 8, 9, and 10, strike out the words "That an additional ten per centum of all moneys received from the national forests during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirteen," and insert:

That hereafter an additional ten per centum of all moneys received from the national forests during each fiscal year.

And the Senate agree to the same.
