Lease provided that if lessee became bankrupt rent for entire term should become due. Lessor levied for rent in arrear, and two days later lessee was adjudged bankrupt. Held, that lessor's lien un- der levy was dissolved by bankruptcy, and his claim for rent was limited to one year.. Where defendant is declared a bankrupt within four months of a sheriff's sale of his property, the fund should be paid to the trustee....... Rent is not a preferred claim for the entire unex- pired term, but only for the time of actual de- fault..........
