Provisional Order to enable the Northampton Corporation Northampton to put in force the compulsory clauses of the Lands Clauses Acts.

30 WHEREAS the mayor aldermen and burgesses of the Borough of Northampton acting by the council (in this Order referred to as "the Corporation ") require to purchase and take the lands described in the Schedule to this Order for the purposes of widening opening enlarging or otherwise improving certain 35 streets in the Borough of Northampton:

Now therefore the Minister of Health in pursuance of the powers given to him by section 176 of the Public Health Act 1875 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby orders as follows:
