Commutation Capital payable to the Representative Body. 5. The aggregate amount payable to the Representative Body of the Church in Wales, under the provisions of the Welsh Church Acts, has not yet been definitely ascertained. The Commissioners state that they cannot give any useful estimate of the approximate amount payable in addition to the sums shown in the Account to 31 December, 1922, viz., £3,384,981. They add, however, that the great part of the amount outstanding will be covered by the value of the lands transferable to the Representative Body under the proviso to Section 18 (6) of the Act of 1914.
