CENTRAL ASSOCIATION.

Regular Annual Meeting of the Central Association of Railroad Officers, held at the Burnet House, Cincinnati, O., Tuesday, Feb. 14th, 1893.

Meeting called to order at 2:30 P. M.

In the absence of both President and Vice-President, Mr. Rawn, President of the Cincinnati Division was elected Chairman pro tem.

The following lines were represented:

Minutes of last Annual Meeting were read and approved.

The subjects, as announced in the call for the meeting, were generally discussed, but no action taken.

The following gentlemen were nominated to serve as officers for the ensuing year, 1893, and the Secretary was instructed to cast the ballot

accordingly:

On motion, a vote of thanks was tendered the retiring officers of the association for their services during the past year.

A vote of thanks was also tendered the Burnet House for their hospitality in tendering the association the use of their rooms.

CINCINNATI DIVISION.

Regular Monthly Meeting of the Central Association of Railroad Officers, Cincinnati Division, held in Room 87 Carew Building,

Tuesday, Feb. 14th, 1893.

Meeting called to order at 10:30 A. M., President Rawn in the

Reading of minutes of last meeting was dispensed with.

Under the head of unfinished business a copy of the map of Cincinnati Railway Terminals, prepared by W. B. Ruggles, C. E., was presented for consideration of the association, and it was found, after examination, that, with two exceptions, the map was eminently satisfactory. Bills for furnishing and mounting the map were presented, as follows:

Lithographing and printing 200 large maps
in b'ack and eight colors...
Mounting 223 maps on muslin at 17 cts.
Mounting 6 extra maps on muslin and rollers..
