NEW BUILDINGS NEEDED. I have already reviewed in this report the need for a change in the method of handling the Working Boys. A new building to accommodate the Working Boys' department under the suggested plan would cost approximately $60,000.00, and is one of the great needs of the college. The increased interest on the part of students in the School of Agriculture and the School of General Science, together with the increased number of classes, has created a very great need for a new agricultural and science building. Such a building should be made fireproof and sufficiently commodious to accommodate the needs of the college for a number of years. It is estimated that it will cost about $80,000.00. The very large number of students attending college during the regular session causes congestion and crowded condition in the dormitories. It is sometimes necessary to put as many as four students in a room, and the rooms are small. When the new dormitory was erected it was planned that it should be an exact duplicate of the old dormitory. One wing of this structure has never been erected. It was estimated that it will cost $40,000.00, and I consider it the greatest need of the college at this time.
