This officer's salary of 3,000l. includes 3001. as Clerk of the Crown in Chancery. Also receives a salary of 3501. per annum from Class II., 1, Subhead A., as Deputy Sergeant-at-Arms. The present holder is on a personal scale of 4001-201-5501. Two of these receive an additional allowance of 5s. a week for secretarial duties. The present holder receives a salary of 1,2001. § One receives a personal allowance of 501. per annum, and also fees as Clerk in respect of business in connection with Parliamentary and Municipal Election Petitions (provided for under Subhead J. and from local sources respectively). One receives 10 per annum as Secretary to the Land Values Reference Committee, and also 1001. per annum as Secretary to Reference Committee under the Acquisition of Land Act. (Class III, 2.)
