An Amendment proposed, in page 1, line 10, to leave out from the word "pounds " to the end of the sub-section -(Sir William Mitchell-Thomson).—Question, “That the words proposed to be left out, down to the first word "of," in line 12, stand part of the Clause,"-put, and negatived.
