Motion made, and Question proposed, "That the Committee do now adjourn "-(Mr. Walsh).

Debate arising: Sir Edmund Bartley-Denniss rose in his place, and claimed to move "That the Question be now put."-Question put, "That the Question be now put.". The Committee divided :
