In our prior report herein, 352 I.C.C. 46, we prescribed revised regulations, set forth in 49 CFR 1310.0 et seq., to govern the construction, filing, and posting of tariffs of common carriers of property by motor vehicle and tariffs of common carriers of property by water which contain joint motor-water rates or provisions governing such rates. These were to replace the present regulations contained in Tariff Circular MF No. 3 (49 CFR 1307, Subpart B). Thereafter, various parties petitioned for
