In compliance with the law defining the duties of the State Treasurer, I have the honor to submit the following report of the receipts and disbursements in this office for the fiscal term commencing on the 3d day of November, 1873, and ending on the seth day of October, 1875; being a full statement of the financial transactions of this department, and showing the condition of the different funds at the close of business on the 30th day of October, 1875.
