NOTICE TO SOLICITORS.

BUSINESS OF THE VICE-CHANCELLOR SIR RICHARD MALINS. The Vice-Chancellor Sir Richard Malins intends to sit in his court at Lincoln's-inn on and after Tuesday, the 4th of November, 1879, on which day he will take the motions and general paper, commencing with those at the head of the list. An order for the general re-transfer of the Vice-Chancellor's business from Mr. Justice Fry is in preparation, but the causes mentioned in the schedule hereto will remain transferred to Mr. Justice Fry for the purpose of trial or hearing only. The causes transferred to Lord Justice Baggallay will probably also be re-transferred in a few days.
