At the opening of the law courts at Dublin a statue of the late Lord O'Hagan, which had been erected between the portals of the Queen's Bench and Common Pleas Courts, was unveiled. The Solicitor-General, speaking at Plymouth on Saturday, said he hoped that when the House of Commons had time to deal with practical matters he might be allowed to do his part in improving and codifying the law of libel.
