The condition of the others is not stated. In the case of the paying patients, the results of treatment are said to have been reasonably satisfactory: but that few of the free patients were permanently ¶ Ninety were habitual, fifty-four periodical, and twenty-seven occasional drinkers. One hundred and five were males, and sixty-six females. The average monthly attendance was thirty-five, and the average time of detention eighty-eight days.
