E. REGIMENTAL EXTRA DUTY PAY (OFFICERS):
(a) Messing Allowance is at the rate of 3d, a day. Kit Allowance is the additional allowance, 2d. a day, granted by Arny Order 66, of 1902 to make good the average stoppages for upkeep of kit, washing, etc.
(b) The members of this Corps hold commissions as Reserve Officers. Their allowances when employed in peace are provided under Vote 1, Subhead J.
(c) Includes fencing allowance, (repair of foils, &c.), and allowance for clipping horses.
(a) 4007. for Service pay of European Staff and 4,1007. for good conduct pay and prizes of other ranks. (b) Includes 29,0887. now provided elsewhere; viz., 3647, under Vote 1, Subhead A.; 2357. under Vote 1, Subhead K.; 1,430. under Vote 1, Subhead L.; 5,9851. under Vote 1, Subhead M.; 6,3007. under Vote 9, Sub-head D.; 1497. under Vote 11, Subhead A.; 35l. under Vote 11, Subhead C.; and 7,5907, under Vote 13, Subhead A.
