R. 5624, Seventy-first Congress, second session] A BILL To amend section 83 of the Judicial Code, as amended Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 83 of the Judicial Code, as amended, is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 83. (a) The State of Kentucky is divided into three districts, to be known as the eastern, southern, and western districts of Kentucky.
