Neither these firearms nor this license are transferable.

8. Holders of firearm licenses desiring to purchase ammunition, when residents of the provinces, shall submit applications for permission to the Director of Constabulary through the senior inspector of their respective provinces, and when residents of the city of Manila, shall submit their applications through the chief of police. Senior inspectors and the chief of police of Manila, when approving applications for the purchase of ammunition, will note on back of license "Approved for purchase of ammunition as follows:
