2. When the Governor-General shall have approved the application of any person, firm, or corporation to be permitted to deal in firearms or ammunition, and shall have transmitted such application with his approval to the Director of Constabulary, for issuance of license, such person, firm, or corporation shall execute and deliver to the Director of Constabulary a good and sufficient bond in the amount fixed by the Governor-General, and upon approval of the bond by the Director of Constabulary the license shall be issued. Such license shall be effective for the period set forth on the face of the license, unless sooner revoked by the Governor-General.

3. The form of bond to be executed by the applicant upon receiving a license to deal in firearms and ammunition, as provided in the foregoing paragraph, shall be substantially as follows:

"BOND.

and fully observe and carry out the provisions of Act No. 1780, Philippine Commission, and regulations issued thereunder, as far as they are applicable to dealers in firearms and ammunition. "Now, therefore, if the above bounden

4. The form of license to be issued to dealers in firearms and ammunition under the provisions of Act Numbered Seventeen hundred and eighty, and these regulations, shall be substantially as follows:

under the provisions of Act No. 1780, Philippine Commission, and the regulations issued thereunder, for the period of

years from date of this license, unless sooner revoked under section 5 of said act, subject to the conditions that he (they) will conform in all respects and will duly and fully observe and carry out the provisions of Act No. 1780 of the Philippine Commission and any regulations thereunder, which have been issued heretofore or which shall be issued hereafter, in so far as they are applicable to him (them) as dealer.... in firearms and ammunition, as set forth and agreed to in his (their) application and bond on which this license is issued. This license is not transferable and is limited as to number of firearms, class, and make of ammunition, as follows:

5. The form of application for a license to possess firearms under the provisions of section eleven, Act Numbered Seventeen hundred and eighty, Philippine Commission, shall be substantially as follows:

6. When an applicant for license to possess firearms and ammunition under the provisions of section eleven, Act Numbered Seventeen hundred and eighty, Philippine Commission, shall elect to give bond instead of making a deposit in the Postal Savings Bank, no person shall be accepted as surety who is not a possessor of real or personal property in the Philippine Islands to the value of five hundred pesos, Philippine currency: Provided, however, That a bond of a reputable surety company doing business in the Archipelago shall be considered a sufficient bond. The form of bond to be executed for a license under the section above mentioned shall be substantially as follows:
