Pursuant to the provisions of Act Numbered Six hundred and forty-eight, Philippine Commission, entitled "An Act authorizing the Governor-General to reserve for civil public purposes, and from sale or settlement, any part of the public domain not appropriated by law for special public purposes, until otherwise directed by law, and extending the provisions of Act Numbered Six hundred and twenty-seven so that public lands desired to be reserved by the Insular Government for public uses, or private lands desired to be purchased by the Insular Government for such uses, may be brought under the operation of the Land Registration Act," I hereby reserve for the use of the public schools of the Province of Nueva Ecija and withdraw from sale or settlement the following-described parcel of public domain in the barrio of Muñoz, municipality of San Juan de Guimba, Province of Nueva Ecija, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being an alibambang tree on the west side of Muñoz-San Jose road, about six kilometers from Muñoz, and south forty-four degrees twenty-nine minutes west one thousand nine hundred and twenty-two and twotenths meters from center of bridge over Sapang Asta on said road; thence north eleven degrees fifty-one minutes west two thousand one hundred and twelve and ten-hundredths meters

to an alibambang tree twenty-five centimeters in diameter, marked "Cor. 2" on plan; north eighty-eight degrees thirty-seven minutes east three thousand one hundred and ninety-five and forty-hundredths meters to a bayug tree twenty-five centimeters in diameter, marked "Cor. 3" on plan; south nine degrees one minute east two thousand one hundred and twenty-nine and eighty-hundredths meters to "Cor. 4," being a molave post fifteen centimeters in diameter set two meters above ground; south eighty-nine degrees fifteen minutes west three thousand and ninety-four and thirtyhundredths meters to point of beginning, containing an area of six million five hundred and seventy-eight thousand five hundred and twenty-nine and sixty-eight hundredths square meters.

De conformidad con las disposiciones de la Ley Número Seiscientos cuarenta y ocho de la Comisión de Filipinas, titulada “Ley autorizando al Gobernador General para reservar para el uso público civil, y exceptuar de venta y cesión, cualquier parte de la propiedad pública que no esté destinada por la ley para un uso público especial, hasta que de otro modo se disponga por la ley, y extendiendo las disposiciones de la Ley Número Seiscientos veintisiete, de modo que todos los terrenos públicos que el Gobierno Insular desee reservar y todos los terrenos de particulares que desee comprar con destino al servicio público, queden sujetos á las disposiciones de la Ley del Registro de la Propiedad," por la presente reservo para el uso de las escuelas públicas de la Provincia de Nueva Écija, y retiro de venta ó cesión, la parcela de terrenos públicos

que á continuación se describe situada en el barrio de Muñoz, municipio de San Juan de Guimba, Provincia de Nueva Écija, á saber:

Partiendo de un punto marcado 1 en el plano, que es un árbol de alibambang en el lado oriental de la carretera de Muñoz á San José, á unos seis kilómetros de Muñoz, al Sur cuarenta y cuatro grados veintinueve minutos Oeste, mil novecientos veintidós metros y veinte centímetros del centro del puente sobre Sapang Asta en dicha carretera; desde allí al N. once grados cincuenta y un minutos Oeste, dos mil ciento doce metros y diez centímetros hasta un árbol de alibambang de veinticinco centímetros de diámetro, marcado en el plano "Cor. 2;" al N. ochenta y ocho grados treinta y siete minutos Este, tres mil ciento noventa y cinco metros y cuarenta centímetros hasta un árbol de bayug de veinticinco centímetros de diámetro marcado en el plano "Cor. 3;" al Sur nueve grados un minuto Este, dos mil ciento veintinueve metros y ochenta centímetros hasta "Cor. 4," que es un poste de molave de quince centímetros de diámetro, colocado dos metros sobre el nivel de la tierra; al Sur ochenta y nueve grados quince minutos Oeste, tres mil noventa y cuatro metros y treinta centímetros hasta el punto de partida. Contiene una superficie de seis millones quinientos setenta y ocho mil quinientos veintinueve metros y seis mil ochocientos centímetros cuadrados.

Limita al Norte, Este y Sur con terrenos del Gobierno; al Oeste con propiedades de Ciriaco Sablaya, Luis Ramos y Simón Quitobbo. "The military reservation of Camp Hartshorne at Laguan, Island of Laguan, Samar, Philippine Islands, made by executive order of July thirty-first, nineteen hundred and three (General Orders, Numbered Four, War Department, August twenty-second, nineteen hundred and three), having become useless for military purposes, is hereby restored to the control of the Government of the Philippine Islands to be administered for the benefit of the inhabitants thereof.

"Resultando inútil para fines militares la Reserva Militar del Campamento de Hartshorne en Laguan, Isla de Laguan, Sámar, Islas Filipinas, cuya reserva se hizo por Orden Ejecutiva de treinta y uno de Julio de mil novecientos tres (Orden General Número Cuatro, Departamento de la Guerra, veintidós de Agosto de mil novecientos tres), por la presente se devuelve á la autoridad del Gobierno de las Islas Filipinas para que la administre en beneficio de los habitantes de dichas Islas.
